Our clients are people who believe that the person or company responsible should be held accountable. They want fairness, and they need justice.
Why do we choose to represent our clients?
Trucking companies, hospital systems and corporations are engaged in business for the bottom line – profit. When there is a serious injury or death caused by the negligence of an employee of a trucking company, hospital system or corporation, those entities are responsible.
When someone has been hurt, these corporations and their insurance companies have the financial resources to hire big law firms to defend them and try to avoid responsibility. They don’t want to pay claims at all or, if they do pay, they want to pay as little as possible. In our experience, these insurance companies take advantage of the leverage that they have over regular people. It is not a level playing field.
A person or a family attempting to hold a large corporation accountable is like David and Goliath. The law is the check and balance that requires accountability of a corporation to a person. It is our role to become the champion of the victim and to demand accountability.
The playing field should be level for everyone. That is why we chose to represent people who have been seriously hurt. We accept only a small number of cases that we truly believe in. We devote our time and resources to this fight for each of our clients.
